This piece is in superb, immaculately-maintained condition and, whilst showing the very lightest signs of use consistent with the infrequent residential employment it has seen, and possessing some modest, visible wear to the top of the right-armrest (which is normally fully-covered by the tailored-armcaps provided, so is of no consequence in those circumstances) which, if not present, would have valued this piece significantly-higher, is entirely free from fault, flaw or damage.

Its fine order reflects the TLC and considerate use afforded it in the past and, aside from the issue mentioned, is as fine-a-conditioned example as you could hope to find.

As you would expect from a fabric of this colour and nature, there is the odd light (and i mean light!) mark to the seat cushions and armrests but, as the images will attest, it really is as well-presented as is possible for such a piece and, reassuringly, is as spotless in the unseen under-cushion areas as it is everywhere else!
